EXPERIENCED SOMMELIER REQUIRED FOR A NEW ITALIAN FINE DINING RESTAURANT AND WINE BAR

A new Italian wine bar and fine dining Restaurant is looking to recruit an experienced Sommelier.

The successful applicant will be required to assist the Head Sommelier in providing an efficient and effective service and be able to recommend wines to our customers. You will also be required to conduct stock takes, place and receive orders and input data into FnB Shop. Training will be given to the chosen candidate on these aspects.

Ideally the applicant should have at least 2 years' experience in the catering industry ,with a strong emphasis on wine sales and be in possession of a WSET or similar, qualification. You should also have an excellent command of the English Language, written and spoken.

Previous experience in large capacity, high profile restaurants is preferable. Only those seeking full-time employment should apply.
